1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Reciport, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Reciport for personal, non-commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

3. User Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Credits and Payments

Recipe generation requires credits. Credits can be purchased through in-app purchases. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law.

5. Content

Recipes generated by Reciport are provided for informational purposes. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any recipe. Users are responsible for verifying ingredient safety and suitability.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Reciport:

• For any unlawful purpose
• To violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights
• To harass, abuse, or harm another person
• To transmit any viruses or malicious code

7. Disclaimer

Reciport is provided "as is" without any warranties, expressed or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Reciport or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
